This policy explains how i-Bizz, s. r. o. processes personal data when you use www.i-bizz.sk, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.

When you send us a message through the contact form, we process your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and handle any follow-up communication.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing this data is voluntary — but without it, we cannot reply.
Retention: for the duration of our communication, at most 2 years after our last contact, unless the inquiry leads to a contract (in which case contractual and statutory retention periods apply).
To protect the form against abuse, our server briefly stores a hashed (unreadable) form of your IP address for up to one hour to limit the number of submissions.
If you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and pseudonymous usage identifiers. IP anonymization is enabled. We never see your full IP address in analytics reports and do not combine this data with your identity.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time in the cookie preferences (button below) — analytics cookies are then removed.
Retention: Google Analytics event data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.
Our web server automatically records standard access logs (IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser type) for security, error diagnostics, and abuse prevention. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only for the short period set by our hosting provider.
